Time Constraint and Personnel

1) Time Constraint usually means a deadline specifically for a certain project or a part of it
2) A Time Constraint contains Final deadlinesInterim deadlines (project often built backwards from this) Availability of peopleAvailability of equipmentDays/hours that people can workRelying on volunteersHoliday/seasonal issues
3) Personnel includes:
Skills
Number of people
Experience of your personnel
Audit of knowledge

Some may need to be provided with training (e.g. sound technician) 

Production designers are responsible for the visual concept of a film, television or theatre production
They work closely with Directors and Producers.
There can be various issues with the sets, locations, graphics, props, lighting, camera angles and costumes


Provide two time constraint examples that would impact a project and explain why.
1) A studio may have not have adequate time to get film meaning that it may turn out worse than it potentially could

2) A movie may have a guaranteed release date meaning that the team may not have enoughtime to complete it or make it the best they could
